Hello Hackers! I’m located in south Florida and I’m in the market for a GC Summit and wanted some feedback on what discount percentage off MSRP pre incentives I should aim for? Like what is actually feasible, and I know that changes from dealer to dealer but just trying to understand how hard I should press. I understand this model/Trim is not the best option to hack at the moment, but this is the Car the wife wants so now I’m just trying to get the best deal I can.
I have been communicating with a few dealers for the past week or so and have been able to get them down to 7.5% off MSRP pre incentives and about 11% off MSRP all in. Do you think I can Push further? Is 10% pre incentives possible?
just purchased jeep grand cherokee summit reserve MSRP $70,80.00 in illinois final price before tax etc $61,700 that was the final take it or leave it price . all other dealers were a few thousand higher .
this was a purchase , they played with the numbers so I was unable to get a handle on the incentives used but after researching many dealers none would give me the time of day with that price . leveraged the fact they had many summit reserves on the lot for over 5 months . good luck
