Jeep Grand Cherokee base price lowered after order

I placed a new order on Jeep GCL 4x4 in April, with a POC signed, no deposits. It does say on the POC that prices can change and it’s not an invoice. I was messing with the jeep builder today and noticed the vehicle base price is $1500 less than when I placed my order. Window sticker on the car and POC reflect the same higher price. I reached out to my broker before closing this deal and he was honest and said there is nothing we can do other than placing a new order. The MF and residual would change from .00087 and 56% to .00091 and 55% with a new order unfortunately.

Just wanted to see if anyone has ever had experience with something like this where the price of your car goes down rather than up, and if you paid the new price?

*edited for clarity.

Have you done the math? I’m guessing it’s close to a wash in terms of payment and wouldnt we worth waiting for another order to come in.

you won’t know until the car arrives and see what the actual window sticker is.

Youre looking at the “net price” on the jeep website and not the msrp. It includes some incentives.

I was adding the base price plus destination charge. Base price has gone down $1500 but as someone else stated above, with the new MF and residual it’s a wash to order a new one. I was just hoping the dealer would honor the new base price haha, wishful thinking! Thanks
