Jaguar Lease deals

Well, I’m at the beginning of some research on lease deals - under consideration is BMW, Mercedes and Jaguar. Requirement - no leather seats. I see a nice looking 2020 Jaguar XF 25T Premium ‘Internet Price - $35,275’. Initial conversation over the phone the dealer says, $409/month + tax, $4900 DAS. 39 months/7500 miles. Crazy!! …I don’t see a ton of great Jaguar deals reported around here. I’m wondering if in these Covid times whether I even want to include Jaguar in my test drives. Are they generally just too unwavering to negotiate with?

Really low residuals + low incentives = bad deals w/t big discount.

39 month 7.5k residual of 38%. You’re paying the entire difference between that and selling price + fees - incentives if any + rent charge.

Besides internet prices mean nothing.

Most cars do not lease well. This is truer now than it has ever been.

So unless you are willing to push this boulder uphill, you need to look at other makes/models that lease better and offer more value per dollar.

Check out the “Share a Deal” and “Marketplace” sections of LH forums to see what’s leasing well and narrow down your search.

haha, I think that summed up my gut feeling about this

I should have good loyalty with BMW and Mercedes since we’ve leased recently/currently. Actually Volvo is also a possibility - past leases there too and they used to do good incentives.
