I don’t get this. Isn’t the F-Pace basically just a Velar with a Jaguar badge?
They’re on the same underlying platform - but there are slight differences within the family.

Just seems odd that they’d kill off all the other Jaguar products but keep the one that is most similar to its LR counterpart.
Not odd at all. The 4 other killed models don’t sell and as was said the Velar/F-Pace both share the D7a platform so it is far cheaper for JLR to produce.
