You need to separate discounts from incentives.
Which trim is this?
Ultra trim
Not sure how to do that. There is a $9,067.90 discount, and Lease Bonus of $1,500, Loyalty bonus of $1,250 and EV Lease bonus of $7,500.
Does this look correct?
I believe incentives are taxed, so need to move them up, which changes monthly to 734
I am not sure how this all works. As far as I know in GA the tax is applied to the sum of the monthly payments, so itâs over my head how the tax on incentives works.
In any case, dealer is asking $699/month with no money up front and Iâm trying to understand whether this is an attractive deal.
What is considered a âgoodâ leasehackr score?"
IF they are offering a 699 payment with zero due at signing, then that means you are getting 14.12 % discount, and your selling price should be 61391, which seems like a great discount⌠is this best brand/model/trim to try to hack? probably not right now. also the 1500 rebate you mentioned I thought was for employeesâŚso are they generating you a family and friends PIN to get that discount? If you flip through the signed sections, youâll get an ideaâŚ.regarding the leasehackr score, ill leave that someone more senior than meâŚ.i found this though What is considerd a good leasehackr score?
Isnât there direct-to-dealer cash embedded in that discount?
Thereâs a ton of nuance that a score misses.
$~700 for such an old platform doesnât sound like a great deal.
Especially when you can get an Audi Q5e for less. Or something much newer like a Mercedes GLC350e or Mazda CX70 PHEV.
Ignore the talking parrot above with the tired âold platformâ nonsense comments.
Without knowing specific incentives and discounts, $0 down and $0 due at signing for a 36m/10k 2025 XC60 Ultra at $72k MSRP for $699/m is still indeed a reasonable if not a great deal.
I thought GA incentives were untaxed
Not really sure. At the end of the day I wound up getting the â25 XC90 PHEV with Pulse trim that stickered at 66,235 with no money down, 35 payments of $610. Tried entering figures into lease calculator but using the figures from the purchase agreement I canât figure out how to do it. They discounted the car $9,700 and then gave me an additional $10,250 in bonuses(loyalty, EV bonus and something else). But the purchase agreement shows all the bonus money plus the first months lease payment as a non-refundable partial payment or consumer rebate.
