Is this a good deal? Infiniti QX50 Essential MSRP $51445, $498/month 36/12k, $0 down [DC/MD/VA]

Got an offer after negotiating with dealer for this 2019 QX50 Essential with ProActive, ProAssist, ProPilot and Bose Premium Audio packages.

MSRP $51,445
Sale price $42,607 (Includes $1000 conquest and $1150 lease incentive from Infiniti)
$498/month with VA taxes included
36 months/12k per year
$0 down
MF .00003
RV 56%

Taxes and Fee breakdown:
Doc Fee $799
Acquisition/Tags $843
Taxes $1,897

Thoughts on the deal? Should I try to go lower or make the deal?

EDIT/UPDATE (10/27):
The above vehicle was out of stock so I ended up getting a $50,980 QX50 for 19% off MSRP, sale price $41,125. 36 month, 12k lease ended up being $383/month after taxes, fees, and first month due at signing.

I don’t think so. Check out my deal in VA. I didn’t pull the trigger on it. What dealership did you go to? Maybe we could do this together and get a great deal.

I feel like the deals are pretty close since I don’t have VPP and mine is 12k for 36 months while you’re at 10k over 39. Also MSRP on mine was 51,445 vs 48k. PM me for more info

Hmmmm the VPP took $1500 off mine. Yours is $3k higher msrp. How much will you have to pay out of pocket?

Just first month due at signing nothing down. Also 3 month shorter lease

And 12k miles… yeah not bad. What dealership?

PM’d you.

Are you including rebates in your 19% off calculation or did you negotiate 19% off before rebates?

Includes $1000 rebate incentive and $1150 in lease cash in the 19%

By any chance can you tell me the dealer? Finding I care less about the car and more about the deal. BMW residuals and mf suck…
