First time leasing. Confused even after researching online for couple of days.

Trying to lease 2023 Audi Q7 45 premium - zip code 08648

Dealership Lease offer:
MSRP - $64915
Incentive - $1500
Requires me to put cash down payment - $5000
Monthly payments - $1000

My offer on MSRP - $64915
Asking Dealership to give incentive - $1500
Asking dealership to give a discount of 10% on MSRP - $6491
Will put cash down payment - $5000
Expecting to pay $800 monthly

Question:

  1. Is my offer realistic enough for car dealer to accept?
  2. Should I ask for more discount on MSRP to bring down the monthly payments? 15% ? 20%?
  3. What is MF and residual for 2023 Audi Q7 45 premium - zip code 08648?
