You need to know the MSRP, RV, MF, pre-incentive/rebate discount, and discount from incentives/rebates in order to determine whether you have a good deal.
You can get a much better car for similar money like a Mazda CX70/90 or Hyundai Santa Fe, maybe a Volvo XC90 depending on MSD and qualifying rebates
Cx70 and 90 are a whole lot better vehicles than Mitsubishi for the same money
On PHEV specs, they do come up short against the Mitsubishi. But it does seem like they lease much better.
