Is this a good bmw m5 lease deal?

,

Hey guys Im new to this so I’m sorry and please correct me if I make any mistakes, I am looking for a bmw m5 lease in Florida but all of the dealerships I’ve asked (basically almost all in FL) don’t have any allocations and they have super long wait times, I found one dealership doe that has an allocation but they are asking for a “market adjustment”, after reading this for a bit I’ve been realizing that this probably isn’t a good deal at all and I’m getting in other words robbed, the dealership didn’t give me manny details but they did give me the estimate cost paper, what do you guys think, and since I’m sure you guys will have a heart attack reading those numbers what would be another good option for me in order to get an m5 lease

I’d start looking in the marketplace for bmw brokers to see what you can order one for.

I’ve been looking at brokers postings on here and idk if I’m doing something wrong but none seem to have any m5s listed

Send them a message. It would prob need to be an order.

Which brokers would be recommended for these sort of cars?

You can also look into a lease takeover on Swap a Lease.

Market adjustment is something you need to avoid with a lease, it can’t be residualized, so you end up paying it over the lease term.

The BMW ones

Florida there is no question IMO, @Bacons_C.C is a great broker.

Ok thank you

Damn, I miss the good old days where you can start with 9-10 % off and end up close to 12 % off depending on how desperate is the dealer
My 2019 M5C was 124 k sticker, lease with zero down was 1500 with tax and our tax is 10 % on monthly payment
12 k miles a year .
I sold it , but I miss that car. It was a beast

Awww… you are making me blush here!

Glad to see the dealership hasn’t lowered their Doc fee from $899 even with the 10k market adjustment. Although I’m guessing they might lower it to $499 if you really haggle.

Dealerships down here in FL will NEVER take off the dealership fee. They’ll just take it off the price of the car but at many dealerships the dealer fee is actually already printed on the paperwork.

Not just Florida but everywhere. The line item for doc fee will be the same for every single customer.

Coffee is for closers.

$10K “market adjustment”… don’t have to read much further. I couldn’t fathom this to be a good deal.
