How bad is it? That is the lowest I could get them.
I am also looking at 2019 Acura MDX SH-AWD and I have negotiated $499 monthly payment by rolling all fees into deal, which only first payment due at signing.
Find a leftover 2018 crv ex-l … lower $300s. Generally speaking Nissan doesn’t particularly offer great leases

My wife has a 2018 Rogue SV and she pays $263 for it, rolled 1k of neg equity from trade in into it. She absolutely hates it and cant wait to get rid of it next year. I don’t even think its worth the $263, I can’t imagine paying $406 for even a slightly higher model. You are in much better vehicle territory at $400.
It’s more than my $44k Audi A4. That’s how bad it is.
Just don’t bother with this dealer.
