I just got this deal today for 2019 x3.
Wanted to lease new x5 but it is way out of my budget.
I leased 2016 x5 e40 for $553 with $6500 down and $5500 credit.
Compare to this, all of the deal looks not even close to this.
But please let me khow what you guys think on the deals.
The deal is for $0 down and $0 due at signing. All of the fees and tax is towards to my payment.![
Thank you

and i thougt i got good deal on my 2016 x5 but maybe it was not
You need to see if that $7135 discount includes the $4k retail incentive or the $2.5k lease incentive. If it includes the $4k, then the discount is only $3135 and too weak.
How much negotiation have you done with the dealer up to this point?
That whole section you copied/pasted into the OP and skipped, that included selling price, MF, etc. - these are all things you have to dissect from the deal and input into a LH calculator if you want to see how you are doing and what more you can get from them. You canât simply ask, âwhatâs a good paymentâ. Youâve gotta do more research and digging than that. Look at what the sales price before incentives is coming out to, see how much others are getting off MSRP for a similarly loaded car. Find the money factor they are using and make sure it matches up with what itâs supposed to be.
I will say though that I have looked into X3s in the midwest for a friend, as well as the east coast, and it was tough to find something decent, let alone get around 1%, but you are currently far off from that on both your quotes. Start afresh, obtain the right info, and work at it.
This seems to be a recurring theme in nearly every thread⌠Instead of everyone guessing or speculating, you need to post considerable detail. Ask the dealer for their lease worksheet and post it. Every dealer knows what a lease worksheet is as theyâre required to send it to the fund provider once a deal as been consummated. Donât let them give you garbage similar to the docs you posted above as they tell you very little.
A lease worksheet looks something like thisâŚ
Lots of data! Once youâve posted it, we can have an intelligent and meaningful discussion. Otherwise, weâre guessing.
