So I got the car its 340.65/mo plus tax 32.36 total 373.01/month
with 1k out of pocket
Gross Capitalized Cost = 39,057.02
Residual Value = 28,435.15
I cant seem to find the money factor =(

I used a Autobroker to get the car, I tried contacting dealers after I got the car to see if any dealership would be able to get the same deal but half did not respond back and the other half said best they can do is 1,500 out of pocket with 400/month for first time BMW buyer/leaser

For someone to evaluate it more closely, it’s helpful to see the purchase price, residual value, and money factor. On the face of it, it seems like a great deal.

Is this new or a loaner? Seems like a good monthly and DAS for a 46k car. But yes, important to provide more information.

Not at all! The G20 is slated for release early next year with an announcement later summer/early fall. If anything getting a 2018 F30 is the best version of that car you can get.

That seems like a really good deal. I just leased a 1600 mile Loaner 330i xDrive black on black this past Saturday for $348/m 10/36 with 1,991 down. I can’t seem to get to your numbers to arrive at 373, but if you can get it for what you’re telling us, do it! See my lease below, I don’t have NAV or blind spot detection so you get bonuses for essentially the same cost over the life of the lease as I did.

Hi guys sorry for the late reply to everyone wanting to know where I got this from I used a AutoBroker called Avati Auto Group the guys # is 818 913 4546, I told him that you guys might call him for the same deal just mention the 330 lease he got for “Chris”, he said he should be able to do similar deal worst case $20-30 difference. If anyone does contact him please let us know what deal/offer you get for our general knowledge.
