Truecar give you a ballpark price to work with, check the Incentives and pick the ones that apply to you, I’m no Lease hacker myself, by trolling around the fourum, I’ve come up with a pretty good plan when I’m ready to lease.
Edmunds forums has thier own information as well. I suggest gathering information from what ever site you find, this should give you a ball park.
How are so many people part of the Farm Bureau? I just looked it up and it costs $75 to join

Ask the Edmunds forum. The mods over there have info about mf, rv and dealer cash. Be specific on the terms and your location for specific number. Truecar has others incentives that vary on eligibility of each person such as recent graduate, loyalty and military. I am sure edmunds has that info too if you ask. Good luck!
