Is the Pre-negotiated Jeep 4xe A Good Deal

We’re in California and have been looking for an electric or PHEV vehicle. It needs to be hatchback, truck, or SUV. We were looking at Blazers and Equinox EVs but stumbled on the pre-negotiated lease deal for the Jeep 4xe. The lease requires a little more upfront but is about $100 more a month when factoring total monthly cost. I’m new and still learning about leases. Does this seem like a good deal for the Jeep?
