Does anyone know if there is any language in a standard lease contract that prohibits the vehicle from driving off-road? For example, if leasing a 4wd Jeep, is it acceptable to drive it off road?
-Thanks
Even off a cliff, as long as you return it fixed to the original condition.
I drove my 4Runner on the beach and in the Everglades all the time and had no issue when returning it. Also my lemon Grand Cherokee was driven off-road and they didn’t say anything when it was returned. My new Jeep will end up on the beach and maybe some trails. As long as you don’t destroy anything and clean it up after I can’t see any issues with it.
Return it with original parts if you break something.
