Is there an income limit if I register the vehicle under my business? I couldn’t find any documents on IRS website regarding business vehicles.

Is it ok to register as
ABC company OR XYZ individual?

Company tax credits are under section 45. There are no income caps with section 45.

Thanks. So any business vehicle is treated as "commercial vehicle ". And no limit on the number of credits.

You should verify it with your cpa, but yes, it appears that way

I guess your business has some tax liability right. If not, you may not get the tax credit
