Is anyone else excited for the reveal? They really made the LCI on the ioniq 6 look really good..im likely going to go for lease if i can break even on this i5 m60 mid-2026 :sob:

Without a rebate, this is gonna be expensive.

yeah. it’s going to be more expensive than the m60 lease by a few to several $100

Considering the Ioniq 5 N did not lease well then why would the Ioniq 6 N lease well?

They need to basically give away the ioniq 6, yet they manage to make it uglier with the 6N. LOL.

Maybe I’m in the minority, but am I the only one here that thinks the 6N looks better than the 5N by a mile?

definitely. smaller size which I prefer, and shape is more unique. i didn’t like the original ioniq 6 design, but the refresh absolutely fixed that

I love this, but: (“I would if I could” incoming)

  1. It only weighs 200lbs less than the 5N but has massively reduced practicality (thanks trunk passthrough bracing!)
  2. The e-Shift is not correctly tuned to the displayed RPM frequency (not a big deal to most, but would constantly irk me every time I drove with it on, whereas the 5N, EV6/EV9 GT, and GV60 are all correct)
  3. At $70k MSRP plus tariffs without tax credits this is likely a much harder sell vs. an actual ICE performance car (e.g. G80 M3, C63 hybrid) unless you REALLY want electric

I hope most or all of these changes carry over to the GV60 Magma if/when it comes out.

Hyundai doing a sales event on 5n, $700/$4k das..thats not like..horrible. Lol? maybe 6 n can be like that ill jump on it easily. But then again yeah tariff and loss of tax credit will kill it
