Wow that 45% is definitely different, the pic I showed is more like a 50+%

And edmunds shows a 45%/0.00282 so the 303 is marked up.

45% is what the car is worth at the end, the CA Lease shows a 50% so I guess it dropped. You pay more on a lower RV.

282 is the MF (interest rate) the 303 means that they are making money off you via the interest rate. (They buy it at 282 and sell it to you at 303) roughly making $25 a month off you.

Thatā€™s good. Jackson county was charging me property tax on the 1st of January each year on my leased vehicle. It was painful.

Itā€™s amazing dealerships do that, I can go drive a $150k hummer EV, a $150k Audi RS e-tron, and pull up in a $75k bimmer and there was a dealership that wouldnā€™t let me test drive this car either. I get it that itā€™s rare - but Iā€™m not getting my credit pulled for a test drive.

I called on my way and said ā€œI am headed your way to test drive the IONIQ Nā€ and they said see you when you get here and had a plate on it ready to go when I got there. They took a copy of my license and then we drove it (Rep in the back seat)

My car had no positive equity at all, it had negative equity actually.

Maybe, BMW allows the dealer to do some ā€˜tricksā€™ regarding RV when returned.

Your super discount on a ā€˜Nā€™ class should be a sign that thereā€™s some money being made somewhere and the only thing I saw on your quote sheet was a 68k trade in for $0.
