Instructions on how to get a BMW OL incentive - Ultimate Drive Events UDE

I just registered for the UDE in San Diego next week.

Neither the email invitation I received nor the registration pages imply that there’s an OL code involved.

I really don’t want to waste a chunk of my Friday afternoon driving an M235 and an M340 unless there’s at least $500 involved.

Is the OL code a given, or should I cancel?

Well I’m headed to the Denver event tomorrow so I can let you know if one shows up in the next week. It’s fairly close to me and I’m mostly going just to spin around the “track” in an M340.

The NJ UDE never mentioned an OL code either, but they were sent out.

If you are only interested in the OL code, you should be able to get one here:

It was active a few days ago. Haven’t checked it since.

Thank you. It looks like registration is closed.

Have any @brokers used this code on their deals and was it validated? Trying to avoid a kickback

Registered for Friday. Looks like it’s a smaller event this time and no M school.

SD area OL event: https://udevipsandiego.eventsbmw.com/

If anyone is aware of one of these in NorCal let me know.

Trism, I’m going to that UDE one as well, since I missed the Unplug to Unleash, and will be working during the SD VIP at the InterContinental (an awesome hotel btw).

I haven’t received a code for signing up for UDE, which I wouldn’t have expected. But I would like to know when it would be given out? I recall reading somewhere in this long thread that some people got theirs the day of the event while others received it in a few days?

I haven’t scanned this entire thread in a while, but I believe a check-in at the event is required and the OL code (if there is one) arrives via email within 24 hours.

I’m looking forward to hearing from @ApexHunt after he attends the Denver event today.

I would love to just check in and immediately slither off. :snake: I have zero interest in driving these two vehicles.

Pretty sure I did this backwards and am probably SOL using the discount but I ordered an X5 2 weeks ago which is already in production and I’m guessing at this rate being delivered before the end of the month, I didn’t know about these OL codes till last week and signed up for the UDE event in Queens NY but I’m thinking that since the car is already ordered even if I was able to get a code it wouldn’t qualify towards my vehicle, is this correct ?

Finally was able to get it done. Yes it did work.

You sure? Code didn’t bounce?

No was accepted, printed and signed on deal. Dealer was concerned and made all efforts her end with BMWNA to make sure.
What region code do you have and which coast are you using it in ? I think the West coast OL codes being used in East Coast has been an issue.

This one

No idea bu keep pushing if you can I mean. I had 3 dealers with issues.

Deal isn’t done till you pick it up. You should at least be able to get the FS half of the code if the car is eligible and the code checks out at your selling dealer.

No OL codes were sent out to folks who attended Seattle’s UDE last weekend, just a survey email about the experience.
