Even if I had 3 OL codes in my name that I could use, there’s no way i would even consider leasing a BMW right now.

Because the best you’ll get right now is prob MSRP and BMW’s programs are awful . They cut back on incentives and increased MF 3x in 2021 alone .

Can OL codes be used for leasing a BMW Loaner? If so, any proof? My dealer says no, but I’ve heard in the past the answer was yes?

I feel like the one I got last summer at UDE went to waste. And all I got from the Experience Center were tiny bottles of BMW branded water.
And the satisfaction of being hydrated.
