Scott and Chris were fantastic and got me an awesome deal on a new, built-to-spec i4.
I initially came across Scott and Chris from Insight Auto. I live in California where the i4 is a popular model; as a result, dealers were unwilling to offer any attractive offers beyond BMWâs own incentives.
I was about to purchase an i4 when I decided to speak to Scott on the forum. Scott was quick to answer all my questions and to calm my worries over being in California while they primarily service the East Coast. I decided to trust Scott and he connected me with Chris, who arranged a great deal on an i4 that I decided to build-to-spec.
After ordering with Chris, I kept receiving calls from 5 local BMW dealers. Out of curiosity, I sent them the quote Chris arranged; two replied saying they would not be able to meet me at that price and the rest simply stopped calling me. I took this as reaffirmation that the deal arranged by Chris and Scott â even with the additional shipping cost factored in â was excellent.
The process was smooth and the car arrived without any issues. Chris, Scott and their partnering dealer arranged for California taxes, registration and shipment to me handled.

Working with Chris from IAC was - far and away - the best car buying experience Iâve ever had. From when I first reached out via their straightforward questionnaire to picking up the car, the process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. Chris was attentive, responsive, patient, thorough, and was able to broker an amazing deal on my car, that I wouldnât have come close to getting had I tried on my own.

Iâve used multiple brokers in the past. All are great in their own ways. I have nothing bad to say about the others. Some have no broker fees, some have better deals, some have more dealers, but what sets @IAC_Scott apart is his friendliness and willingness to help. Not many people will talk to you about a car for an hour straight. Thereâs a reason this is my first review on LH. Heâs a car guy through and through. He knows his cars and he knows the market. Come to him with a reasonable request (donât keep begging him for an M8 at 75% off!) and heâll take great care of you especially if you are a leasing noob. Once I inquired with Chris, I was instantly contacted with easy to understand options and reassurances. Iâve owned many cars over the years, but this was my first go with a luxury brand, and I wanted to do my due diligence to get a deal that worked for me while also getting me into a car I was excited about.
