Information on exotic leases

Good morning,

I have searched and have found some generic posts on exotic leases. Things like r8, 911, mclaren. Can anyone help direct me where I may find more information regarding some information on this?

Specifically, I am interested in leasing an exotic as I don’t have the desire to keep the vehicle longer than a 2-3 years. I assume this would generally be a good spot to lease and not buy, but there are a lot of terms like residual etc that I am unfamiliar with.

If residual is a term that you are unfamiliar with, you are definitely going to want to read through all of the information in Leasing 101: https://leasehackr.com/blog?category=Leasing%20101

Thanks, I will check all that out first.

I strongly recommend that you first visit the Edmunds lease forum for the specific car you’re researching. Edmunds’ auto finance insiders will give you the residual, money factor, and any available rebate or incentive programs for your vehicle. All you have to do is ask. Once you know the numbers the banks are using, then research how much of a discount you could get. Leasehackr is a great resource, as are the Audi, Porsche or Mclaren club forums. TrueCar may also give you a general range on some models. Then use all your information and enter it in the Leasehackr lease calculator, which I believe will give you the most accurate estimate. Once you have your target lease numbers, shop the dealers in your area. Or use one of the brokers here on Leasehackr. I did my own research and negotiated 13% off MSRP (plus rebates upon delivery) on a 2019 Audi A5 coupe factory order, scheduled for December delivery. Discounts on exotics are more difficult but not impossible. If you like the Acura NSX you can get an insane lease deal. And once you get some lease quotes, post them here and we’ll weigh in before you sign. And once you do sign, post your ride in the Trophy Garage to show off your deal!

Thats great info. Thank you I will look these over. Thanks again.
