I am getting 499 / month on 49,730 msrp with the first payment down in northern virginia. 39 / 12k. they are also taking care of my remaining 2350 lease payment on another trade-in vehicle. is it a good deal? please advice. thanks.
Taking care of your remaining lease payments? AKA rolling them into the new lease? LOL

Nothing is being taken care of. That lease is about $60/month more than it should be because they are rolling in your payments into the new lease.

Ideally you want to start a new lease without rolling in any previous payments or negative equity
By rolling in your old payments you are paying for two cars every month.
