Just want to clarify before I go finalize a deal on a volt and maybe a cruze tonight. Is the Incremental CCR Program listed in the recent threads the same as a “Bonus Tag” rebate? And is the Bonus tag on a volt lease 500 and 1000 on a cruze? I’m looking at a 2017 Volt Premier and the total rebates come to 3000 + 6485 + 500 Bonus Tag (No FB). Does this look correct? Thanks!
It’s correct. The incremental CCR is a regional additional cash rebate offered in some areas, and it’s included in your $6485 number ($4235 on Premier + $2250 incremental CCR). Bonus tag is separate.

Thanks for the help! Do you happen to know about the “Chevrolet Select Model Incremental CCR Program 500”? Would this be the Bonus tag? I know @ChevyPhil graciously provided all the rebates available and this one was mentioned but I’m not sure if the Bonus Tag is also the “Select Model CCR Program”. The numbers seem to look good to me but if there is another 500 in rebates I can grab, they could be even better!

NO. The bonus tag is at the dealer discretion. Incremental CCR is regional from GM that every model qualifies for in your region. Hence the name “GM Financial Chevrolet Select Market Incremental CCR Program”.

Ok that sounds good! The dealership said they would tag the car for me so should I be pushing for another 500 in rebates? I don’t think I’ve seen any deals with all the rebates plus the 500 Tag on here. They are discounting the car pretty aggressively (about 11% off MSRP) for me already. Let’s see if they are willing to give me the extra 500 off tonight.
Select model = bonus tag. just a internal term. same rebate. all select models are sold out at most dealerships. We are reloading on the 15th and expect to sell out fast. contact me if you want to come on on the 15th.

I apologize for being thick but “bonus tag” on a Trax = another $500 off?
Bonus tag is a variable amount for vehicle and purchase vs lease. For Trax, and Equinox, bonus tag for leasing is $1500.

$3000 Asian Conquest (Mazda lease - father)

$1500 Bonus Tag ?
You cannot combine $1500 non GM and $3000 Conquest. It’s either or.

I dropped by 30 minutes before closing last night and finance manager cant even print a lease worksheet.
Selling Price is should be less than MSRP - should be some discount (research via forum and truecar).
Appears MF has been inflated to profit the dealership, vs applying standard GM financial rates.
Does bonus tag come from dealers pocket or GM? Do dealers get any sort of compensation from GM with any rebates used?
All incentives come from GM’s pocket. Dealer makes their money on sales price/discount and possible bonuses for moving xxx number of vehicles.
