I have a leased car (mercedes 2023 e class)
Due to a new job, I need to move to a different state (moving from Maryland to Florida)
Do I have to change my lease with the current car?

Your car will turn into a
Contact the bank first and then stop by a FL tag agency.
you tell them your new address and any taxes will apply (sales , use , etc) in the new state.
End of Lease the car will be a fun time since FL isn’t the easiest to facilitate that.

Why is returning hard?
Depending on your bank, if you want to buy the car, you need to go into a dealer who usually will try to ‘add on’ a ton of unnecessary figures.
Also know that leasing a new car in FL is pretty expensive in the $XXXX doc fees.
Just contact MB Financial. They will tell you what to do. You need 45 days in FL to switch your plates. You also need to talk to your insurance company.
Hopefully you can get a tax exemption for taxes already paid to another state. Otherwise FL may tax your monthly payments.
