Returning our.Chevy Bolt next week. In Illinois, license plates for owned cars belong to the owners, and can be transferred to the next car they acquire, but we assume that GMF owns the plates on our leased Bolt, and we will need to get new plates for our next (purchased) car. Can anyone confirm?
