If you were after a lease (on your own personal vehicle) for a BMW iX / BMW i4 Oct 2025- what deal would work for your lease to make sense? Help me gauge what’s a realistc good deal. I’m located in Ohio, but let’s say continental US for lease hunting with shipping.

demo/loaner deals sound great, but are they hard to come by?
1st learn how to use calc here to put together target payment/DAS, then research Marketplace for broker deals, lastly, using the info you found on expected discounts, incentives, etc. put together your own target deal and shop it.
For either of these I’d be looking at 10-13% discount off MSRP with base MF and any current incentives which I think are 7500, 500 dealer cash and 1000 loyalty.
Lowest advertised was $2500 das + $299+tax for a 2024 loaner as far as I can tell .
Nice catch! Think I saw something similar. Was already marked taken on the spreadsheet before I did if I’m thinking of the same deal. Figured it might have been a done deal before the sheet went up at that price, but love to do a deal on one like it, for sure!
