Ideas for minivan lease

Hi all,
We are in need of a minivan for a growing family. I have found a lot of great lease deals here over the years, but it seems minivans are underexplored… Is this because they don’t lease well? Anyone have any ideas or leads currently? We are not picky. But the quotes we have been seeing are all >$500/month.

We would also consider a larger SUV, but they all pretty much feel like a tank when you drive them. Seems better to just go with the minivan, but open to suggestions!

Thanks!

See if your dealer has any Honda Odysseys in stock.
These were going for about $275 OTD in October

wow, thanks. do you have details? location and the leasing specifics?

Hardin in SoCal had an running ad for the last 3 months , but it’s not on their current one so they probably sold out.
But that’s an idea of what you should be looking for .
Cody said that the Toyota Siennas are coming in soon for 2021
Edit : Checked with Cody his site still has 2020s, so I’ll mention him.

@Cody_Carter

Check the Honda inventory and see if you can find one / make a deal.
Here’s the search link for dealers with Odyssey stock

I don’t think any minivan has been that cheap. Where have you seen any deals close to that price?

Maybe with 10K DAS.

Never have I seen an Odyssey for $275 a month all in…maybe with $5k DAS.

Dealer ads are very rarely representative of the actual cost

I want Honda Odyssey EX-L Nav for $275.
“Can anyone sell me a van?”

It was an LX BTW.

Sounds too good to be true though

Was that the actual cost or the dealer advertised cost*

*Taxes, fees, add ons, delivery, options, destination extra

Whew this blew up in a weird direction, here’s the ad.

I interpolated the $169 → $270 after down and taxes. (Assuming 1k)

Unfortunately, 99 times out of 100, when someone posts about a dealer advertised price, it’s missing all the actual costs.

Seems like a great deal, if true! Wonder if it’s from a non-captive bank. I thought Honda prohibited dealers from advertising below invoices prices.

On further review, the 2020 Odyssey LX doesn’t offer Honda Sensing or Apple CarPlay… wonder if that’s a typo.

Found something like that on Rodo

Honda dealers aren’t allowed to advertise under invoice

If I set the sale price to invoice and include the $1000 Honda Loyalty I don’t even get to the advertised payment with $8000 due at signing, Using HFS or any bank

These dealer ads are always non-sense

The Odyssey LX is clickbait special. It has none of the safety and convenience features one expects in a modern Honda or Toyota

Nobody buys it, not even Ubers around here.

It has a five inch screen. Imagine ACP
or Android Auto on a 5” screen
