638/mo, what is the total amount you are paying at signing on this? Actual amount out of your pocket.
Per the screen shot, $7400 out of pocket $4200 of which is MSDs
Where do you see $850? Monthly payment is $639
$709/mo is really what we are talking here
Oh, I see now that $4,200 of the cash upfront is MSDs, which brings the effective down into the $700s.
Honestly, this might be very good. Assuming high CA tax and reg, this probably needs to be significantly discounted to get to 638

Basically, looking at the actual cost per month instead of an artificially lowered number due to a large upfront payment.
