I posted my lease on bimmerfest, The current payment is $154 a month, I want my MSDs back and $600 as a downpayment so the effective lease payment would be around $191.

Does the new owner have to be in NJ also?

@rjpemt My understanding is you do not. It might change the sales tax situation as in NJ there is none on this car.
