I just got my dealer/broker license. How do I get my first pre-negotiated deals with dealerships?

Greetings Southern California. I want to say hi and introduce myself to the community. I work in healthcare for the past 10+ years and a lot of my friends now became real estate broker and I decided to become a auto broker.
In my honest opinion, selling cars are cooler and selling houses. My 3+ hours daily commute also introduced me to lease hacker, where I found great deals on leases, and i really think this is a great community.

Working in healthcare, I made few viral videos and I am confident i can make good car contents for the buyers. Some of my car videos already getting good hits and I am excited to help out the community.
