You can ground your lease at any Toyota dealer nationwide. You can complete a buy-out at any dealer as well. There is no additional expense in going somewhere else than where you originally got your car
I am currently paying 180 monthly for the lease.
Of course when I started, I had to make a down of 2000. So if I had not given the initial payment I was paying 230 monthly.
If the OP got it from a SETF region dealer, can he/she still ground it at a TFS region dealer?
