I’m with Kellstar in churning and the MS ‘culture’, but it’s definitely not for everyone. Not sure why there’s any need to be right or wrong here. And i appreciate the NLL links.

Even without MS, you can consistently do Chase Inks. You can get to 500k UR by just slow rolling.

SUBs are kind of the ole faithful anyway since there’s increasing emphasis on spoiling “points chasers” 
so it’s not easy to keep to the same atrociously high MS volumes for a short while after those memos go out.
Just apply it. They won’t deny you but let you know beforehand if you wil get approved or not.
