I’m looking at the Hyundai venue SEL lease deal listed on Hyundai’s website. 159 per month with 2699 due at signing (36/10k). I haven’t received a reply from any of the dealers I’ve contacted which makes me wonder if it is actually possible to get this deal (I’m in Texas btw).
Also, do you all think this is a good deal?

No, this is a horrible deal.
Look further into the fine print:
Excludes registration, tax, title and license.
Taxes in TX are on the full value of the vehicle.
