Hyundai Ioniq5 VS Toyota BZX4

Hello, newbie on the forum and newbie to leasing too(I’ve been watching yt vids and reading forums for a few weeks tho).
That’s what I got offered today for a BZX4, 585/month, 585$ DAS,Good MF but an awful 39% residual value.

. And that’s what I got from 2 differents Hyundai dealerships:
Number 1:
536$/Month -536$ DAS-MF 0.00245 - 0$Dealership discounts -13k rebate(including ev tax credit)

Number 2
686$ - MF Unknown - Residual Unknown-0$Dealership discounts -13k rebate(including ev tax credit)

Just wanted opinions from individuals with experience leasing cars as they all seem like awful deals to me, any tips or advice is welcomed.

Just go get an Equinox or a Blazer for your first car, they much cheaper

These deals are so bad I would not waste any further time with these dealers. Nobody is buying a BZX4, so dealers should be heavily discounting them. Hyundai’s are much better deals.
