I’ve been eyeing a cheap lease lately. The Elantra VE has caught my eye, as I really want Android Auto and Blind Spot.
The calculator has me at $114 a month for 15k miles.
Some questions I have, since this is all new to me!
The rebates listed on the Hyundai website seem great, are the all applicable?
$3,000 Retail bonus cash
$750 HMF standard rate bonus cash
$500 sales event cash
Is the Uber driver $1,000 still active?

There are some keywords you need to know. Anytime you see ‘retail’ in a rebate description it almost always means it does not apply to leases. Any time you see ‘standard rate’ in a rebate description it almost always will not apply to lease.
Things that usually apply: lease cash, bonus cash (without specifying retail), dealer cash and any other rebate that says it applies to lease in the fine print.
I don’t think you have the residual and MF correct, so you might want to go back to the drawing board. Additionally, most states tax the incentives. I know NY, CA, NJ, PA, MD all do.
