Hyundai is clearing out all their 2016’s with very steep discounts. This is nationwide with incentives up to 10k off MSRP. Unnegotiated leases for $30k MSRP cars in the $140 range with less than 2k down. Prequaled online dealer is holding my car will post specifics tomorrow.
Go to local Hyundai website for your area and set to filter 2016 model year new inventory. Some dealers are still recieving new stock due to surplus vehicles in some regions.
@Buddyleecia I’m sure people will be interested in the specifics when you get it.
@vhooloo What’s the fine print say? I’m guessing $999 down, plus acq fee (595) plus doc (300-400) plus TTL. If you don’t qualify for college, military and affiilate, that’s another 1,900
Certainly it will be hard to qualify for all the discounts but if one negotiates really hard, it seems that right out of the box they are offering Retail bonus of 4k and Dealer discount of 1.7k which is 5.7k off a 22.6k car = 25%. As a starting point not bad and validates what OP said. The key will be getting those extra 2-3k off to make this a sub 100, 0 down deal.
So we actually are purchasing instead. Sorry hackers but at the price we negotiated and the purchase incentives another $1k off and 0% for 60 months the lease was a wash.
But the $27k 2016 sonata hybrid se car was advertised with $8k in incentives. They all carry over to the lease. With zero down ot and no negotiations it was $214/mo before tax 36 mo 12k year. I did not qualify for any special incentives. Ill post the purchase when its signed sealed delivered, have to finish installing my water heater today.
Ask for Chris. Dont expect them to move on the price at all. You will have to finance through Hyundai for all incentives. Ray, the sales manager, will just tell you to leave if you try to talk the price down and, unlike most salesmen, hes serious.
