Why is it that so many brokers here (mainly on the west coast) post “deals” here lacking basic information. Your title has $5k das for the $112k 2x. Is that $5k das for all of the deals posted, or just the 2x? If its just the 2x, what is it for the remainder? What comprises the $5k?
Take the national deal with a huge grain of salt. Very, very tough to get a local dealer to honor this or to get the math to work out. Don’t know if it is due to a salesperson trying to squeeze a dollar out of you or simply a lack of intellect. Happy to see a broker with this.
When I read the title I thought you needed property mortgage insurance (PMI) in order to qualify. Lolz, took me a sec to realize that’s the brokers name.
