This one is a bit misleading because I had a $5,000 GM Goodwill Rebate. Happy with this deal overall especially given the fact that the taxes in Texas on this car alone would be almost $7k. Thank you to this forum!!!
Congrats! Did you sign after the expiration of the EV tax credit or before?
Signed before but couldn’t post until today because I was busy.
Congrats!
What is the goodwill rebate? Did you have a gm car lemoned?
It’s a long story but Onstar hired a tow company that caused $9,000 worth of damage to our IQ. Insurance paid for the damage but it was a HUGE inconvenience. Thanks to “rate finder” I learned that GM goodwill was an incentive option so I asked them to compensate us for their part of the accident. Thank you leasehackr!!!
Wow- that is wild! Glad it worked out.
I think IQ is next for us, how you liking it?
It’s a great car. Ours is black on black which I would change if we did it again but all in all it’s awesome.
Congrats OP, nice deal, sure that $5000 from GM truly helped lower the payments to sub-500/month!
We were given an offer of: $20,500 one-pay on 2x SUV for 36 months, 10K miles annually (with about 3% sales-tax, due to credits on sales-tax credits from GMFS; otherwise it be 6% + can easily add about $5000 on sales-tax alone). Higher than yours on effective monthly payments - but, we don’t have a $5000 sweetener from GM (which was specifically only for you)
Hummer EV, overall a good SUV. Lots of features to figure
I’m still in the market for a 2x SUV. Hoping to get to sub 600/month with only 1st payment DAS. If anyone has any leads or dealerships they could suggest, I’d greatly appreciate it. Best I’ve could get on a loaner was 700/month with 700 DAS on a 2x. Appreciate the LH community!
Is that still possible with Oct programs?
Might have to buy one now, lease deals aren’t looking as attractive right now.
Do NOT buy an EV. Leasing is the only way to go.
