It looks like there’s a rebate that the lease is eligible for that they are putting on different lines. In the one pay, it’s below the selling price line item, but in the lease it’s before the selling price is calculated. Not sure if this is a factor of “where” or “when” the rebates are counted for payment purposes.
Just don’t want to pay interest because of personal reasons. Either lease or finance with 0% APR.

You’re paying interest on a lease. The labels “finance charge” on a loan or “rent charge” on a lease—either they’re both fine because the label doesn’t say interest or they’re both disqualifying because they meet the definition of interest.
Look up 0% APR offers. KBB and Carfax dot com both have top ten lists, but there may be more.
