How's this lease deal for a Mercedes e450 coupe 2019?

Hey folks, just got a lease deal from my local dealer in north cal:

Post-negotiation (after tax): From $968.83 to $935 a month. Location: Northern California

almost $1000 payment on a $72k car is not a good deal. With that being said, MB coupes don’t lease well.

Update:

Final is 908/month with zero drive off. All the tax and fees are added to the lease, except the prepaid 20000 miles maintainence package.
