Have you confirmed any incentives and buy rate w/ Edmunds, plugged the numbers into the calculator, and done a search for similar signed deals on LH and/or contacted some brokers?
Doing all of that might help to answer your question.

A lot of brokers have them listed in the high 400’s/low 500’s with just taxes and fees due at signing.

Paying taxes and fees on this deal at signing is almost $5k. The deals that are high 400’s to low 500’s are they a similar MSRP? Just trying to make sure it’s and apples to apples comparison.
How are taxes calculated in IL? The total value gets taxed, which is probably what’s making this deal look bad. DOESN’T BMWFS HAVE LEASE TAX CREDITS ON SEDANS (3/5) UNTIL END OF YEAR?
I live in Texas where the total is also fully taxed, but during certain times or to move slow models, tax credits are given. Currently available on 3/5 series, but the dealer isn’t going to offer if you don’t push.
What’s the MF, is it marked up?
You’re getting about 6% off the car, which isn’t bad, but these numbers still look very high, what are the options on the car making up that MSRP? Is the car loaded with accessories?

Most broker deals I have encountered on the 330i are in the mid to high 500s. I am yet to see a deal on this car (with similar MSRP) in the low 400s.

NYC Life has a 330 listed a $48x with taxes + fees DAS. Didn’t look at the sticker though.

Even with bad credit, that’s too much for a 330. Definitely reach out to a couple of brokers
