To buyers: Have you tried DriveMatch?
Can we back up a second and perhaps I missed it in the other thread, but what vehicle are you after?
Whats the target deal you’ve put together?
What are brokers currently offering on said vehicle and how far apart are you from the target deal?
This just seems odd to be going around asking about various other services through multiple threads when the LH ecosystem is pretty solid. I guess what are you hoping to get out of these other services that aren’t on LH?
Sorry. Im a buyer. Looking to buy very soon, ready to write a check with a 720 Fico, located in Norcal. I thought this forum was for buyers helping buyers, is it not? But now i only see sellers/brokers. Leasehackr has really changed. Are you a buyer or a broker?
You’re wrong re: your statements made about brokers that got landfilled, some do make money on both ends, some don’t. Best of luck finding your solution since you seem to be willing to use anyone other than a Leasehackr broker.
You’re basically sitting here saying: “Does anyone here have experience with X company I want to hire to broker my lease? I’m not willing to use any of the brokers on this website with hundreds of reviews to do the exact same thing.”
Thank you for clarifying. How does a buyer know if the broker is being paid or not, from the dealer?
You don’t, and frankly, it doesn’t matter if you’re happy with the deal. If the best deal you could get locally was 5% off, and one of the many California brokers here got you 10% off a car and got $500 from you and $500 from the dealer, you’d be upset?
It is a forum where people help each other out, sometimes through information and sometimes to recommend a broker or dealer who is most likely to facilitate what you are looking for.
One of the ways that helps facilitate this is to provide clear & concise context. I understand your gripe on the other thread. You didn’t link it or show a screenshot so we have no idea what you’re talking about and are left to speculate. It isn’t helpful in a public forum where most are genuinely looking to help, yes, some people are looking for a fee in exchange for their services.
You didn’t answer any of the questions I posed to again leave us to speculate. I am neither a broker or buyer, the LH community did choose me to be a Trusted Hackr, in which I genuinely try to facilitate and make the community more useful for everyone.
Thanks Apex. I thought “lease hackr forum” is a forum for buyers trying to hack the buying process, where buyers can trade notes and help each other. But it seems there are more sellers than buyers on this specific sub forum.
Between this thread and the other thread, you seem to be confused about who that you’re responding to are brokers and who aren’t.
And how’s that bad for a buyer? Competition is good, no?

It is and it’s very reciprocal. Whatever help you get will be proportionate to the help you give others and the help you give yourself by learning, searching and asking questions that are not answered by a proper search.
What deal are you trying to replicate in Signed Deals & Tips ? Those notes have not only been traded but someone even took the trouble to pin them on a virtual bulletin board for ya. If you took the time to look you’ll find it all. Will you?
At any given time their are plenty of people trying to “hack” their own deal in which they use LH to compare notes with other people, see what deals have been obtained recently in the Signed section on here, and then either obtain the mf and rv from the model specific lease forum on Edmunds or become a super supporter on LH and utilize the calculator which is auto populated with RV and MF information. Craft a target deal and get to hunting.
Also at any given time on LH and specifically within the Marketplace section are dealers and brokers who have filled out an application, have been approved by site administrators, and pay a monthly fee to advertise the deals they bring to the table. As mentioned some are dealers on here and do not charge a fee, sometimes a broker with their fee can beat a dealer without a fee. Their are one or two brokers who do not charge a fee and are paid by the dealer. That is typically disclosed on their listings within the respective pages in the above mentioned marketplace section. No, they typically do not disclose what a dealer pays them.
Many seasoned veterans on here have attempted to hack a vehicle with a strategy that has worked incredibly well only to run into a stubborn dealer who decides they want to attempt to make more margin on a vehicle than the veteran leaser is offering. At that time you can decide how much your time is worth to continue the search / hunt or turn to the services of a broker in exchange for a fee.
As already noted, this is far more constructive to you and the community if you give us a little more context. Are you on the search for a vehicle that is even hackable. Does it have a high mf, low rv, and lacking incentives? Then the community here can tell you, that you are attempting to push a boulder uphill. In addition the community here is pretty accurate in knowing what is obtainable and what isn’t.
A recent example in the last few days was the request if an $800 month / $0 DAS M340i was obtainable: See here: (2025 BMW M340i) Has anyone been able to get close to $800 payment with little money down? - Ask the Hackrs - FORUM | LEASEHACKR
It turns out the OP of that thread after community feedback now needs to reevaluate how much they want the car. Do you increase your budget or decide to look at other options within your budget.
After 21 posts in, we still have no idea what car your after, if it is hackable, and you have received very little constructive, actionable advice, mostly due to the already mentioned lack of context or details from you.
what does that matter?
