How to use employee/supplier pricing in this market?

Looking to trade in my Lexus ES for a Dodge Ram 1500. I get employee/supplier pricing with my employer which is 1% under invoice but dealers are not wanting to honor it. Any suggestions? I have called in state and out of state with no luck.

Contact more dealers and ask brokers if they get you the deal you want. I don’t see any other way.

Participation is optional for dealers and as long as they can sell cars at MSRP or higher then they will choose not to honor supplier pricing.

Keep trying different dealers until you find one that is willing to accept it.
