My Hyundai Santa Fe lease is up first week of May however I can’t get through to customer service at Hyundai Finance or reach a dealership. How am I supposed to turn in the car and not get charged for extra month. Any advice…should I drive to another state dealership lol

Keep pushing numbers until you get a rep in customer service.
My typical hold time with HMF has been about 15-20 mins. Just be patient, they are there. They will advise you to just contact a dealer for the turn in process. If you are asking about an extension they should be able to assist.

if your state dealer isnt functioning than go to next state over. I know my dealer jsut started going back to work this week for a few hours a day. Try this week you will find more people starting to open
i am willing to hold for an hr but they won’t even give that option. The system says due to extremely high call volumes please call back later and then it hangs up on me. That has been the message for last week i have been calling. I am not sure if they really have high call volume that they can’t even put me on hold or they have no one working and using the automated system as an excuse.
I’ve had them hang up on me too. But I’ve also spoken to them earlier today. Try again another time. Maybe this evening.
