How to get the best lease deal on a 2023 Rav4 with a Trade in?

Hi all,

I used lease hacker and edmonds on my last least to get a pretty solid deal, but that was 3 years ago and I don’t remember much of what I learned unfortunately. I’m trying to get the best lease deal on a 2023 Toyota Rav4 XLE premium. I currently have a 2020 Rav4 XLE lease that is ending at the end of next month. It has 26k miles and my payoff amount is $20,194.

I saw on edmunds that the MF and residual value is currently .00265 MF and 61% residual with no lease incentives with either 36/12 or 39/12 term.

I’m located in Utah, zip is 84119.

I know I have some positive equity in my trade so I’m trying to take advantage of that the best I can. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you need any more info from me, please let me know.

Establish a target deal separate from the trade.

Establish the value of the trade through as many buyers as possible.

Understand that the business most likely to sell the cheapest and buy the highest probably isnt the same.
