HOW TO GET A GOOD WRANGLER 4XE Deal; Buckle up for a LONG read! (Part 4)

@AutoCompanion could help with that. Not sure if Mitch’s old dealer will still do those deals.

Just curious for those of you who are nearing 3 years on their 2021 4XE, are you looking at another wrangler this time around or going for something else?

I have another year but definitely another Rubi for me. I wheel the shit out of it

Amex seems to be offering 1000 on jeeps. Is that pretty mich TDM but fancier version?

Believe thats the truecar tdm that is only good on purchases and doesnt stack with the normal tdm

We will be shopping another wrangler 4xe shortly. Hooked on the silent door/top off cruising. Our first experience with a wrangler, but won’t be the last.

Incentives went up even more this month for MA. $16,500 with TDM and loyalty for Sahara and Rubi before discounts. $1500 loyalty has helped a lot.

Do you get 7.5k miles because you barely drive or because you get out of the car before returning it and miles dont really matter? Im just trying to learn and get the best deal possible but i need at least 12k miles per year lol

My wife and I both live within a mile from our workplaces. Get the mileage you need.

I am in a conundrum. I leased a car through my own company, but do not have it registered yet. I now would much prefer to have my own personal lease (same car) but cannot just move my name to the titled lease. Is it possible to do a lease transfer from business to personal - even without the car being registered? Stellantis does not allow a simple transfer of name (even though I am CO on the lease deal). I either need to return the lease and start fresh (which will cost a TON) or just roll with it. The other issue is registration. I am having trouble registering the car in DC (where home business is) and then dealership just said to lease it in VA - but the tax is crazy and then I am stuck with VA tags while keeping the car in DC. Any insight ane help would be greatly appreciated (I would love to do a swap takeover from my business to personal) - has this been done before?

BTW, it is a 24 Jeep 4XE, 36 months/36000 miles through Stellantis

Unless you just signed on it in the past day or two I’d expect this is not going to happen if the deal is funded.

I have another year on my '22, but this will be the last Wrangler for a while. I’ve been enjoying the ~30mpg, but I don’t particularly like how the Jeep drives once the EV battery gets too low. The little 2.0 has a LOT of weight to haul around. It has been mostly reliable, though it did shut down by itself in traffic and almost cause an accident last summer. I would potentially move to the GC 4xe if there are exceptional deals to be had, but otherwise I’m looking at more family (young kids) friendly options.

Not sure why anyone would be looking to lease a new Wrangler 4xe when you can find gently used ones with 10-20k miles for half of what they cost new only a year or two ago.

I am really interested in test driving the GC 4xe. I have to imagine the drivetrain and experience is more refined as compared to the Wrangler. The 2.0 should work better in a vehicle not pushing around 2 dana 44s, etc.

I have both and yes it’s more refined but oddly enough my teenage kids really don’t like riding around in it in the back (more prone to car sickness) but don’t have that issue in the wrangler or any of the other cars we’ve had (Volvo, Subaru etc.). We’ve got a year left on the GC lease and I trust will just and back the keys and appreciate that it was only $330 a month for 27 months.

Anybody knows why Sahara steering wheel is significantly heavier than HA?

Just patiently waiting for an all electric wrangler.

I will lease one more wrangler… I thought I would have the Rubicon for a long time, but the constant issues are having me want to turn it back in.

Will probably downgrade to the Willys from the Rubicon, while I’m at it.

like to turn it in a circle? or deadlifting it?

Turning it while maneuvering.

weird! I thought HA was all cosmetic - same model year?
