Question I should be asking can i still make profit on a flip if i buy from a dealer lot.

Haha, you guys are a bad influence! I landed on LH because I was specifically looking at the 4xe as my next vehicle. Not only did I end up with 2 4xe but now I’m looking to make a little cash on top!:v::grin:

Answer: yes! :v::grin:

Looks like my 4xe I sold to carvana was sold to a customer (was pending 2 weeks ago), they took delivery, drove it ~14 miles and sent it back. Re-listed on Carvana with a $400 discount, lol

Which location did you sell it to? I see it’s listed in my backyard.

I think charge back rule should be same regardless of you ordering or walking in and leasing from a current available inventory.

Think charge back rule apply if dealer is doing a markup on MF.

Why would one be sitting for 100 days and they will offer it low enough for there be room to flip? Did you confirm with the dealer it is an actual unit they are selling?

Yes. I bought it a couple weeks ago.
I was planning on keeping it at least six months. Then I learned about 90 days, then (I’m assuming here) @wantingadeal probably sold one in less than 90 days, according to a few posts above…
I’m just thinking out loud here as far as flipping it this soon

Did you buy it or lease it?
If you already got it, did not sign any doc not to flip for 90 or 120 days, have the registration and plates then Flip it any time you want. If you care about your relationship with the dealership then just wait 90 days or 3 payments and then flip it.

LH love there jeeps 4xe so much that even after they Flip them they keep tracking who bought it , where they bought it, how much they drove - Priceless.

Leased it. No plates, just temporary tags. Didn’t sign any papers stating I had to keep it for x amount of time. I do care about keeping a good relationship with this dealership, so don’t want to f’ that up.

Lol, guilty as charged. It’s part of the entertainment

We live in a strange world now. Last thing I do before going to sleep check LH. First thing i do when wake up check LH.
Wife check Tik Tok instead of LH.
Guess thats the only entertainment left in life nowadays instead of enjoying our jeep going off roading. Ooops we dont have the 4xe since we already Flip them.

Do you know if dealership would get a charge back?

They are if it’s before 90 days / 3 payments made
Some dealerships don’t care
The dealer I got my 4xe said as long as it’s not exported he don’t care
