HOW TO GET A GOOD WRANGLER 4XE Deal; Buckle up for a LONG read! (Part 3)

Put it where you normally place the plate. Put the screws through the paper and it will stay. Easy peasy.

I put some clear packing tape on mine to basically laminate it and then mounted it just like a license plate.

Where do you have to be located to sell your lease to leasecompanion?

Some have said eastern part of US but not sure. @AutoCompanion can you let us know.

East coast. We are unable to purchase vehicles on the west side.

My 4xe has to break multiple records here:

Ordered April 27 from FL dealer at 7% below invoice
Arrived at dealer June 6!
40 days from order till delivery! Not sure if thats a record but seems pretty short

From April to June the residual dropped by 3% and money factor went up .00061 (1.5%). So my one pay lease at the exact same purchase price went up 30%!!!

30% Lease price increase in 40 days without any increase in vehicle price (purely due to financing) has to be a record on this site!

Sorry I was wrong the price went up 35%!!!

Jeep is now charging the acquisition fee again for June and they weren’t last month.

Looks like we can close the thread because the days of 4xe deals are gone!!! At 7% below invoice with no broker fee my 4xe would be 0 down $556 per month. And I haven’t heard of any deals that are better than 7% below invoice (10.7% below MSRP) with no broker fee.

16k for 36month in my books it’s a steal.

Btw could you share the dealer name ? Will he replicate?
I am in FL as well

Edit: forgot that the 22 are closed. But what about the 23 ? Are they opened ?

Which dealer in FL is doing 7% below invoice? Lakeland? $899 FL doc fee blows tho.

I just left Gupton, and honestly after speaking to Renee I am pretty upset. I don’t know who it was or if they are a LH regular. But Renee told me horror stories about how mean and terrible some of the LH’s have been who ordered form her. Giving her 1’s on her survey where they make most of their money on these loser deals. All because she couldn’t get your order in fast enough or process pickup, they are working their asses off, especially Renee. I really hope it’s none of the regulars and just some random internet scum. But she is very close to cutting LH off, so everyone must be on their BEST BEHAVIOR!

My coworker just picked up her 4xe this morning from Renee. Theyre great. I refer everyone to them. Damn shame to hear that.

I’m hopeful (or in denial) that it’s the JL forum. My feeing is the purchasing is 80 percent JL and 20 LH forums at Gupton based on informal polling. But we are some demanding cheap asses. I love them, especially Renee.

Demanding is one thing. Berating and yelling at someone over the phone because your vin showed on their website and you thought they were selling your Jeep out from under you. Is 1) pure stupidity 2) disgusting sub-human behavior.

Why is anyone talking about LH with Gupton anyway?

That is ridiculous. Considering how great they have been and at the end someone will always be an a**hole.

I’m more than positive that they know we all flipping :joy:

I had a legit negative experience with the MD dealer and decided to just not do the survey (edit, after reading some of the other posts I’m going to do a positive survey, they all tried their best and I got a great deal). I was not a Karen but it was a frustrating 6 weeks of back and forth between arrival and being able to drive my new jeep. (@DistrictCars was awesome though going to bat for me). Part of this I blame on how screwy the state of MA makes insurance and registration and an overwhelmed finance guy buried by deals.

Important for everyone to understand that this is how dealers get paid when they give us all the margin. Don’t bite the hand.
