Yes, one pay makes the most sense. It really only bites you on short term holds in monrhly tax states.
The VON should be on your dealership built confirmation.
It would show on the updated POC, after the order is actually placed by the dealer, yes.
Gotcha, would you recommend me to order one now, if I planned on keeping (but open to selling it if it opened up)?
If you want a sahara you can order now. Rubicons can no longer be ordered.
If you know you want a Sahara, put in your order so you get price protection. Thereās a high likelihood that Jeep will increase MSRP for MY23.
I think this is up to you. If you need a vehicle in 2-3 months. Go ahead and order a MY22. If you can wait until September-October-November wait and order a MY23. The 2023 will have a lower monthly payment as you will get refreshed MFs and RVs.
Definitely able to wait, wouldnāt be as much worried about the MSRP as much as I would be about the RV/MF. So maybe better to wait a month or two!
Just wait till next month then and order a 2023. Keep in mind, youāll prob get it in September (at the earliest) depending on how you build it
OR you could get totally shafted. I ordered my MY22 early (last year before the production started) and I just got it last weekend. We can only guess/assume/hope as to what will take place.
RV = 55% to 65%
MF = .001 to .004
Dangggg. So hard to guess!
It is nearly impossible to guess. There are specifics that seem to increase the lead times, but it isnāt guaranteed one way or the other. I.e. a heavily specād Jeep, a HA trim, items that have to be installed at the body vendor (JB status) are some of those examples.
Totally true. Depending on what he builds, yes it could take 5-6 months.
@scottstots Stay away from the HA or SOT and or heavy options like steel bumpers, half doors etc. all known to be held up during the build process
Iād probably be building a Sahara with a hard top, maybe cold weather and safety packages. Nothing too crazy!
my SOT rubicon was built & delivered in 2 months. Only other option was Cold weather thoā¦
Thanks Iāll probably just opt for hard top, cold weather, potentially safety packages
Ordered 4/26
Scheduled 5/5
When does it get built?
that is the million dollar question everyone is wondering.
